3. Voiding of Rental Agreement:

• Engaging in off-road driving automatically voids your rental agreement.

• This means you will not be covered by insurance, and you may be subject to penalties as outlined in the rental contract.
  

4. Additional Costs:

• Renters who take vehicles off-road may incur substantial charges for any necessary repairs.

• Recovery costs, in case the vehicle gets stuck or disabled in an off-road area, will also be charged to the renter.
  

5. Safety and Compliance:

• To ensure your safety and compliance with the rental terms, please stick to paved, public roads.

• Avoid any routes that may lead you off-road, even if they appear drivable.
